This team is responsible for receiving and responding to :
Your requests for assistance to Travel Agencies (reservations, booking confirmations, booking revalidations, refunds...)
Provide ongoing assistance to external markets (Representations, GSA and PSA),
Management of group requests,
Reservations for special services (stretchers, PAX with medical files, etc.)
Receipt and follow-up of ticket requests

Please not that B2B Sales Support & Group Service will be in charge of receiving and processing all group fare requests from Senegal and outside markets. From now on, please do not send them directly to RM.
Group tariffs will be issued by the market issuing the request, except for the Senegal market, where processing will be handled end-to-end by B2B Sales & Group Service Support.
